  • Aumentar la presencia institucional de la FIIAPP, y por ende de la cooperación española, ante la Comisión Europea y los principales socios europeos, que propicie la búsqueda de recursos europeos.
  • Mejorar la coordinación y eficacia de las acciones de la Fundación con la Comisión Europea, la REPER en Bruselas, el MAEC y la AECID.
  • Apoyar a las iniciativas de la FIIAPP, y del resto de organismos del sistema nacional de cooperación, en el seguimiento y búsqueda de nuevas perspectivas de colaboración con la Comisión Europea, en particular en el ámbito de la Cooperación Delegada, en los que España pueda colaborar.
Funciones
  • Colaboración con la antena de la FIIAPP en Bruselas en la consecución delos tres ámbitos recogidos en los objetivos anteriores.
  • Elaboración y ejecución de un Plan de Trabajo que recoja fundamentalmente una estrategia de acción de cara a un mejor aprovechamiento por los actores de la cooperación española, públicos y privados, de las nuevas perspectivas financieras para el período 2012-2020.

Técnico/a experto/a en cooperación internacional y políticas de la Unión Europea (Bruselas) Descripción del puesto: La FIIAPPrequiere la contratación de un/a técnico/a experto/a en cooperación internacional y políticas dela Unión Europeapara trabajar en Bruselas en la gestión de actividades conjuntas con el Parlamento Europeo en el marco de su Programa de Seguimiento de Políticas Europeas de Cooperación. Requisitos:
  • Titulación universitaria superior en rama de ciencias sociales con especialización en economía internacional, relaciones internacionales ó desarrollo económico
  • Estudios de posgrado
  • 10 años de experiencia laboral en el ámbito de la cooperación internacional
  • Dominio de inglés y nivel medio de francés
Méritos específicos a valorar
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento de las instituciones y organismos dela Unión Europea(Parlamento Europeo, Consejo dela Unión Europea, Comisión Europea,…)
  • Conocimiento del Plan Director dela Cooperación Española
  • Experiencia docente en el ámbito dela Cooperaciónal Desarrollo y gestión de proyectos
  • Experiencia como consultor senior en Cooperación Internacional al Desarrollo
  • Adaptación general del perfil del candidato al puesto ofertado.
